College Objectives

The College of Agriculture envisions to develop prospective technicians and professionals who are adequately equipped with skills and competencies that will enable them to cope with the challenges of the 21st century. After finishing the required courses, a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture:

1. Must have the scientific habit of thought, entrepreneurial skills, and competencies as professionals on their chosen field of specialization.

2. Must be a vehicle for agricultural technology transfer and be able to conduct extension activities that will benefit farmers and other clientele.

3. Must be able to apply the different processes and techniques of identifying, analyzing problems and designing technologies needed for farm development.

4. Must be prepared for graduate work and applied research work.

5. Must be able to use his knowledge in the Liberal Sciences in addition to Agriculture to be gainfully elf-employed.
