The prime mover behind recent developments at Foundation University is a woman whose vision and dynamic performance has maintained the excellence that Foundation University has always been known for. President Mira D. Sinco, wife of the late university President, Leandro G. Sinco, has had a long and distinguished career in the academic world, both in the Philippines and in the United States. She has served as Dean of Student Services at the City College of San Francisco, and as Dean of Admissions and University Registrar at the California State University Los Angeles, both in the U.S.A. She is an alumna of the University of the Philippines and Harvard University. Dr. Sinco’s administration has earned the University the distinction as one of the most forward-looking institutions of higher learning in the country.
