Guidelines:
- Must be of good moral character.
- Must be a junior/senior student in College of Agriculture , College of Arts & Sciences, College of Business Economics & Accountancy & Department of Computer Studies.
- Must be enrolled in at least 18 units but not to exceed 21 units every semester.
- Must earn a grade of not less than 2.0 in all his/her subjects.
- Must maintain a GPA of 1.75 or better in the major field.
- For HS an average of 90% or better with no grade below 87% in all subjects is qualified.
Requirements:
- Handwritten application letter addressed to the benefactor.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- Bio-data
Application forms are available at the Office of Academic Affairs.
Deadline for submission: Every third week of June.
OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS
VALEDICTORIAN, SALUTATORIAN AND HONORABLE MENTION. A full scholarship consisting of free tuition is granted to the valedictorian and salutatorian in a class of at least forty students of any accredited secondary or elementary school in the Philippines while a partial scholarship is granted to those who were graduated honorable mention, for one school year in the case of a high school graduate who is able to maintain an average of at least “2.0″ in the first semester, and for one year in the case of the elementary school graduate.
Applicants for these scholarships should submit, at the time of registration, certified statements from the director or principal of the school they last attended showing that they graduated valedictorian, salutatorian or honorable mention, and that the enrollment of the classes they last attended was forty or more students.
SCHOLARSHIP BY EXAMINATION. Other high school or elementary school graduates, whose general average is 80% or better, are qualified to take the scholarship examination. Those who pass such examination with a rating of 93% or better, are granted full scholarship, ad those who pass with 88% or better, but not higher than 93%, are granted 50% discount from their tuition fees. (Foundation University high school graduates need not to take the examination to enjoy the privilege.)
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE. College students enrolled in this University and whose general avarage in a semester is “1.60″ or better, but not higher than “1.40″ and who carry the regular academic load for that semester, are granted partial scholarships of 50% for one semester. Students carrying the regular academic load who obtain a general avarage of “1.40″ or better in any semester, with no grade lower than “2.0″ are granted full scholarship for one semester.
High school students whose general average in the previous school year in the secondary school of Foundation University are 90% or better are granted full scholarship for one year. Those whose general average is 88% and up, but does not reach 90% are given a tuition discount of 50% for one year. This scholarship is awarded only to those who carry the regular academic load who do not have a failing grade in any subject.

SUPPLEMENTARY RULES. In the computation of grades for academic scholarships, CMT and non-credit subjects are not included.
These scholarships are not cumulative. If a student qualifies for two or more of these scholarships, he should elect which of them to enjoy; he cannot enjoy all of them.
