Foundation University does not engage in or permit its faculty to conduct secret or classified research. This policy is based on two of the University’s essential missions: to impart knowledge and to enlarge humanity’s store of knowledge. Both objectives are clearly thwarted when open publication, free discussion, or access to research findings are limited or curtailed.
