A Political Science graduate last March 2017 from Foundation University recently qualified for the regional level of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP).
Lemuel Angelo M. Eleccion will attend the formation week of TOSP ISLAS (Central Visayas Region) hosted by Dumaguete City beginning by July 19. The activity will end with the awarding ceremony and announcement of top finalists on July 22.
Eleccion was a recipient of the Foundation University Service Award during his senior year (A.Y. 2015-2016) and was a consistent honor student throughout his college days.
Apart from being a recipient of a scholarship grant, he also served as president of the FU Political Science Society (2015-2016), FU Student Government Officer (2014-2015), student debater and a community leader for Gawad Kalinga Canlaon City.
TOSP is aimed at recognizing the achievements of graduates not only in the academic aspect but as well as their participation in the greater work of nation building.
